About Munio
Munio Memory Services™ was formed out of a desire to create a unique service that would help families protect their memories. The idea first came to me when a fire destroyed a good friend's home and memories. In the following months and years my friend would talk about how his insurance company covered everything except for his memories. He was referring to the memories that took form in 35mm photos, personal documents, children's art and journals. As I started thinking about this I realized that these memories were people's most valuable possessions - yet they were the only things in a home that weren't insured. At that moment I decided to use my 12 years experience in the high-tech industry working with Classmates Online, Nordstrom Direct, and Microsoft to solve this problem. So, with the assistance of two friends, Munio was born.
As we started digitizing our own memories we realized that when 35mm photos, documents, children's art and journals are digitized they become much more than just protected - they become incredibly useful. The digitization process makes it possible to re-incorporate these memories back into your everyday life. You can now take these memories that were gathering dust under your bed or in the garage and share them with friends and family over the Internet or on CD/DVD. You can build online photo albums, slideshows, calendars, photo mugs and pretty much anything you can currently do with digital files - the possibilities are endless.
Because we believe Memory Insurance is something every family deserves we've developed a business model and patent pending digitization process that allows us to provide our Memory Insurance starting at $5.99 per month. We hope after reading through this overview you'll decide that this service is right for you. To check out Munio Memory Insurance click here
